Hi
Did post on here last weeek but still not made any decisions
Mort fixed rate ends soon, not sure whether to trans to new fixed rate
or tracker or keep on srv for a while.
Alwasy been on fixed but thinking of tracker due to rates being low.
With santander and offered 4.24% srv
fixed 3.88% with 999 fee
fixed 4.49% no fee
or tracker 2.39% above base fee 499
or 2.99 above base no
any advice would be appreciated
thanks
mort amt is 98100 over 24 yrs

Only you can answer it.
If you happy to risk rates rising then go for the tracker. If you want the security of fixed payments then opt for a fixed.
Its all down to personal attitude to risk. Nobody knows when rates will rise or to what level so you will never get an accurate answer.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
