It is dead confusing, but the 'voucher code' you got from crowdity (the voucher you could print) acts not as a voucher on redletterdays but as a promotional code.

You add whatever you want to buy to your basket, then go to checkout and a promotional code box appears at the bottom. You then put in the long voucher code from the crowdity voucher and it takes £15 off the price.

The 'vouchers' mentioned on the actual redletterdays website are their own gift vouchers (which you can't use these codes to get any money off!). Sooo confusing but hope this helps a bit!

thanks, crowdity were useless, I got an email from "oi" saying "you must be using it in the wrong place follow the instructions on the voucher at the bottom" which I had done lol,was hard to spot the promo code box but cheers got there eventually. After getting highly stressed tho I must add, currently squeezing the life out of a stressball lol.
  • Hi,

What is the address for red letter day website, is it http://www.myredletterdays.co.uk? Is there anything less than £15 pounds?
