So i put the item in my basket, then i went to checkout and then under 'delivery' there is a box for 'promotional code' ive just tried it for the cinema tickets again and its now showing

...I assume the 'promotional code' box is the right box...isn't it?

edit: actually, im not sure if it did ever disappear for the cinema tickets. I think i was being stupid and just looking at my basket, not the 'delivery section'.

Thanks for this wouldnt work for me in IE but did in google chrome. Also it wouldnt work for me going through quidco on either browser so I just had to forget about any cashback.

Also to those using the vouchers for cinema tickets, I was going to go for the 3D ones and pay £10 after code but I checked prices at my local cinema and its slightly cheaper to buy the 2D for £5 after code and then upgrade to 3D when we get to the cinema. Might not be the same for everybody but its worth checking

Not sure you can do this, unfortunately. Just looking at the 2D Adult Tickets page - on the 'Key Info' tab it says "Please note that use is for a 2D film ONLY and the tickets cannot be upgraded at the box office for a 3D film."
