It wasn't there for me when I went via Quidco but was when I didn't :mad:

Still, my £5 herb garden will be lovely in the new place we have yet to find and buy.

I went initially via TCB. Then by typing in the redletter address without going via any website, but with no success.

I got my voucher number with no problems, then managed a problem with red letter days.

I paid for two Old Trafford tour tickets, just a pound each, two separate transactions with two voucher codes, on 30th January.

One confirmation email turned up immediately, but haven't had anything for the other as yet.

Just emailed redletterdays, hopefully it will be sorted quickly, as it's for a gift and I need both tickets.

Me too, I had gone through a cashback site but then closed it and typed the address in and still no box! where does it show? before payment details or after?

I think once you have cliked through from a cashback site once the box won't come up, unless maybe you clear your cookies.

I went through topcashback in Internet explorer and it wouldn't then work, even without going throught cashback. When I tried in google chrome, without going through a cashback site it worked.

You enter the code before the payment page, but in the checkout stage - i think on the same page you can enter a personal message if you want to.

I had used Opera with the cashback site, and cookies must have been stored, and as I have no idea how to get rid I opened Explorer and then did get the box for the promo code. Accepted. Great. :j

Except, there are better deals when you go through the cashback site. TCB has exclusives on there. EG Champneys £20 deal is £18 with TCB.

Still better with the promo code but not as good a deal as it first appears. And nothing here I want at around £20 so far!
