Self assessment car issue

Options
Hi,

I have been searching through all the car tax threads and can't find one that helps with my situation, hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction.

I use my private car for work and get a car allowance of £360 in my pay for which I pay tax in my payslip.

I have a fuel card which pays for private and business miles and shows up as £4395 on my P11D as a taxable benefit

My business miles were 15650

I understand that from the fuel card total I can claim tax back on the business portion.

I am not sure how to fill in my Self Assessment and whether 40/25p rates apply to me because of the fully expensed fuel card?

Any advice gratefully received.

Pete
