Santander CRB checks

Hello,
I've been invited for an interview with Santander for one of their call centres, and have been told I have to have a criminal records check done.
Does anyone know if this is the full search that looks at cautions, criminal records et all or just the basic disclosure?
I know most banks/building societies only do a basic disclosure but I was wondering about Santander?
Thanks a lot if you can help!

Are you sure it's not a CRA (Credit Reference Agency) check?
Santander would have given you a form to fill in if it's a CRB check, they can't get one without your permission.
If you have a caution it will show up on the basic and enhanced disclosure, cautions are never "spent". A Basic disclosure would show any "unspent" convictions, and an enhanced disclosure would show everything, spent or unspent.0 -
I take it you are concerned about something from your past popping up. I would be totally up front and honest. if they find out later you will probably have the job offer rescinded.0
