EGG LOAN (PPI BBA Review)
I have recently applied to get my PPI back via the FSO Questionnaire. The Bank sent me a letter that stated "They confirm that my complaint is being upheld but due to the 8th Oct British Bankers' Association Judical Review and guidance issued by the Financial Ombudsman Service they are how to should calculate the refund in relation to the complaint". So I'm not sure what step to take next? All suggestions are welcome.
