They have explained that factory seconds means that it was sent to a customer who opened box desided the phone wasnt for them and sent them back but the phones are unused so basicly a new phone

Opened box? They are factory seconds.

"Factory seconds and irregulars are not necessarily faulty or even of lessened quality, but rather a piece of merchandise with a minor problem (typically cosmetic and easily reparable) that prevent it from passing the quality checks in the inspection process, subsequently preventing it from being shipped to the parent store counterpart".

I think for a phone stated as factory seconds is overpriced at £110.

I posted this phone the otherday which has been deleted because i thought it had expired and sarahrocks emailed the company and they told her they are just opened boxed

I was looking at the top of the browser window it didnt have them i was looking in the wrong place
