Getting a mortgage after an iva

Please can anyone help.
Me n my husband entered into an Iva approx 4 years ago after paying into it for two years we bought out of it early...now 2 years later we are wanting to move home..where is the best place :oto go for a mortgage?

    Speak to a 'Whole of Market' broker to see what may be available. Do not apply to lenders at random. You are far from a straightforward case and declines will harm your credit score further.

    Property is currently worth 165k we owe 156k n Hav 5k saved as a deposit

    A deposit of at least 20% will be needed and of course a squeaky record in the last 3 years.
