Hi ive got my second appraisal coming up, i work for the NHS in my local university hospital and wondering?
what to put in the part where it says " Whats evidance are u putting forward for you end of yr review, which includes objectives, a project you are proud of, copies of learning/cpd folder ". Well since my last appraisal i have completed a NVQ 2 in Pharmacuticals and Aseptics, finished my final training in a dept manufacturing Chemo drugs. Not sure what to put in this part. Many Thanks
