Early discharge?

Hello,
I went BR on 17/03/2010. The OR was satisfied there was no money to pay, and I got early discharge in September 2010. My name is no longer on the Insolvency website.
Does this mean I am now no longer Bankrupt? I have no desire to get any credit, but could I now?
And would it be ok to now have a bank account in my own name, instead of sharing the wifes?
I know I should have read all the documents and letters I received from the OR, but they're not really in laymans terms are they?!?
Keep up the good work all...tougher times ahead.

And would it be ok to now have a bank account in my own name, instead of sharing the wifes? YES
