Place your bets on your favourite institutions;
For Savers:
Who will the first BS or Bank to increase it's savings rate and by how much ?
For Borrowers:
Who will be the first BS or Bank to increase it's mortgage/loan rates and by how much?
Are they the usual "first movers" each month or do they all take it in turns..roll up roll up...place your bet's lets see who's correct..
