HTC Wildfire on Pay As You GO £129 + £10 airtime - Phones4U

This is the cheapest cash price I've seen currently on this phone. The deal is linked with buying some credit on one of the 4 main providers. I'd be interested to know if it's unlocked then, as it could work well in conjunction with a Virgin Pay as You GO sim where you can have up to 25mb of data on any one day for about 30p. Enough for your emailing a bit of Web or navigation.

Not a great deal, the San Francsio has a much better processor which while only 600mhz to the wildfire's 528mhz is a generation on which means that it runs much more smoothly.

Ah yes, the Hotukdeals link above has something about using any network with it, take sim with you & register on the spot? So maybe not truly unlocked. This is an in-store deal only BTW, I only noticed it walking into the Phone4U store.

I brought this deal a few weeks ago - unlocked for £129, I rang several P4U shops, and all had white phones, I found the P4U stores inside Currys had the 'mocha' colour I was after.

I'm very happy with the phone and am liking being contract free, I pay £15 a month on a t moblie Sim deal, 30 day contract.

Phones for you said that all pay as you go handsets are sold as unlocked.
