It may not be an out-and-out scam but I'd read the T&C very carefully. The site says:
*Notice: To claim your reward you must participate in our program and meet all of the offer eligibility requirements as outlined in the Terms & Conditions before you can receive your FREE gift . Eligibility requirements include signing up for offers, referring friends and validation of your email account.
down in the small print at the bottom. I'd suggest that you'd have to jump through hoops to get the 'free' gift.
