Increments in wages

It dawned on me in Feb 2006 that I've never had an increment whilst in this jobs, I've currently been here for 4 years and 3 months, so should have had 3 increments atleast. My boss said she was looking into it but nothing materialised.
Anyway yesturday our Human Resource Manager visited and I asked her and it seems she's now looking into it. Does anyone know where I stand in terms of getting it all backdated, or atleast from Feb 06 when I raised the issue in my supervision?
My contract ends in March 07 but every little helps.

Hi, it depends what your original contract of employment says and also whether you were classed as an employee of the company on a fixed term contract or as a contract worker. Even as a contract worker, sometimes (not always) after working for a company for two years you have the same rights as an employee. Check your contract of employment. If you don't have a copy ask HR for a copy, they have to give you it to read.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0
