Hi I was wondering if someone could give me some advice in regard to next. I wante to buy some clothes off their website and it made me open an account, with a high interest rate which i paid off straight away. They automatically sent me one catalogue and charged me for it which I didn't want and now they have sent me an xm,as one which again I do not want and did not request and they are charging me for this again.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so do you know what I can do to stop them sending the catalogues and also get them to remove the charges as they have sent them without me asking for them.
Thanks
Helen

I phoned them and asked not to be sent any catalogues as I always use their website. This was fine but then they started sending them out again. I phoned them again and they refunded the cost and also let me keep the catalogues. I have always found them to be very helpful when you give them a call.0

I did the same. I phoned them when first statement came through charging me for catalogue (hadn't yet recieved it thought) and said I didn't want to recieve any catalogues as I shop online or in store and I try not to use catalogues as I feel its a waste of paper to have one thats not looked at. They were really nice and said okay we won't send anymore and will take off the charge. Also asked me if I wanted the promotional material (like the Xmas one) also said no.
Next statement arrived and catalogue charge was still on there with service charge added. Again phoned them and spoke to a really nice woman who was so helpful who removed all charges. Had latest statement showing a zero balance (all ready for the Xmas sale now:rotfl: )
phone them, they've always been lovely and helpful when I've had to do it. I always thought it was a bit off that there wasn't an catalogue opt out option if you just wanted to shop online0 -
Thanks for this info - you prompted me to pay my bill which was due today, I cancelled any more catelogues and they gave me free delivery for two pairs of jeans that were in the last sale they had and that I bought a month ago and haven't taken off! £10 for some sz 12 x long skinny jeans:j0

I wondered why I'm suddenly getting a bill for £10 for no reason I could think of - what a flamin scam.0
