I've just come across this great website where you can compare the cost of living of different countries/cities around the world. It seems fairly accurate to me. Just shows how expensive the UK has become;

So much for those poor people in the East.Median Monthly Disposable Salary (After Tax) in Singapore costs 2,800.00S$ (about 8 hours ago)
Then again :eek:Median Monthly Disposable Salary (After Tax) in Phnum Penh costs 75.00$ (about 3 hours ago)'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -

Beware of cost of living comparison sites. They are too theoretical.
