Hi Everyone,
I tried relaxation to music and guided relaxation. I am a devout sceptic & so I was amazed when it worked. You can get the CDs in Asda etc for around £5 or in health stores or online. The more you do it, the better you get at visualisation (what you picture when you hear the music/nature sounds/ words) to the point where you can call it up at will in the most stressful situations. I searched out some sites below, most of which have some free music and/or tips or even games. I haven't tried them out myself so no shouting at Tiff if you don't like them!
Before you shout at me, sorry, I forgot to copy & paste most of the addys, so you'll have enter the address yourself on most.:o
Hope this helps someone - nothing ventured etc.
Much love
