Yep! Close the door behind you. Leave the Keys under the Mat and go stay with family, friends or rent somewhere else. You can't look at those four -ve equity walls any longer they are doing your head in.
You bought the house thinking you were going to make money at a time when property prices were going up like a hot air ballon. You can't stomach the fact you have lost money and you have came here in a last gasp attempt to have some tell you that it wasn't your fault, you were young and dumb... It was a scam... It was the mortgage brokers fault.... the estate agents fault.... the solicitors fault. and you can sue them, or have the lender wipe the debt.
Guess What??????? Buyer Beware! Your decision! Live with it!
