Just tried to use this myself, and despite having only got the email a few hours ago it says it's invalid!
I've called customer services and they are trying to fix the website. Hopefully it'll work later!

I've just received an email from Cloggs that says it is 3 for 2 on womens uggs but I have placed an order for Kids Uggs and the discount has been applied - got 3 pairs of Uggs for £289, Kensingtons and 2 x tall Bailey Buttons - saved £139.

It seems Cloggs have been a bit naughty since sending me the offer in this email. Maybe they have sold more than they thought they would, it seems that they are asking some people to place their order again and choose bank transfer as they cannot accept Credit or Debit card payments over £200 and then the code will not go through, also the code is not accepted for some items but from the other thread we cannot work out which ones it is. They have also changed the 'big' date, if you ook in their T&C on the page (I have put it in bold) the date 1st December is still there. Here is the email I received - I have a dispatch email for all 3 pairs of the boots I ordered with a saving of £139.00 on it:
