deal ended

Im with First Active in a tracker the deal has now ended but it's still low at 2.99%. After hearing that interest rates are more than likley to rise, I need a fixed rate, am I best shopping around or asking First Active, which I think is now RBS to see if they offer fixed rates to existing customers. If they did would I need to do a full application or can they just switch deals.
Thanks

Hi. I am in a similar situation but in a fixed rate situation. I have just been on line and checked and there is a fixed rate

Hopefully that will give you an idea of what they offer. I do note though that there is a product fee of £199

Hope this helps I am just about to ring them ;)
