HI
So is it true then that a second charge mortguage regulated under the consumer credit act can then be sold to an unregulated company and subsequently become unregulated?
Or have i got this all wrong

What i mean is, prior to April 2008 all laons under 25K where regulated under the CCA (escept first mortguages) or so i thought. After this date all loans are no matter what the value.
So when we talk about unregulated loans are we talking about loans before 2oo8 and over 25k
Is this correct
