Boots advantage cards??? Diff card diff offers??

sorry if this is in the wrong post.
I was in Boots last week, used the advantage card point, to check for any vouchers to use. Had one for a £10 spend and get 75 points. My cousin who was with me, didnt get this when she put her card in. I always thought that all ppl with the card got the same offers.

I think it varies as to what products you buy then the offers are tailored to your shopping habits.
