As you keep telling us when they fall. One month is noise. Look at the trend.
I suggest you take your own advice

Totally agree, just pointing out the OP's thoughts they were bearish was incorrect.
I've long said that 2010 has been stagnant.
I even predicted it in 2009
I think that 2011 will end up pretty stagnant.
I've predicted that too.
Doesn't justify simply posting innacurate statements though does it?:wall:

My statement was not at all inaccurate, it was very accurate. I was referring to all data at the moment, and all data is negative, mortgage approvals, indices, house sales etc, even the Nationwide is also showing a downward trend. I don't except that the apologists like yourself will budge, and if you want to argue that the negative data won't last much longer I will give you the time of day,, but the fact is the trend is now negative all round.
And besides I really cannot be arsed arguing the toss with you, all I want to know is when the Natiowide figures are out0 -

The trend reflects what many predicted way back in 2009.
That 2010 will be a stagnant year, with rises in the first half followed by falls in the second.
there's nothing really new here.:wall:
