Hi,
A year ago, I had a letter from commercial credit services saying i owed them money from scottish power debt about 2 years agom, which I do.
I am with the CCCS and they have been paying them £5 per week since March.
2 weeks ago I had a letter from past due debt collectors, sayign I owe them money for scottish power.
I called commercial credit services and they said that they dont deal with my account, so i called CCCS who advised that they have been paying commercial credit services £5 per week and that the cheques that have been sent to them have been cashed.
I called commercial credit services and they are saying that they have never had any money from the CCCS.
How woudl I go about claiming this money back from them? its only £50, but this is money i need to pay past due
Thanks
