Hello,

I have receiving a few letters over the last months from FI, claiming I owe them money for a orange phone bill from 1 year ago. I am 100% sure that I am paying this via another DCA.

I called the DCA who I am paying, and they confirmed that I am paying this through them.

I called FI and told them, and confirmed tha phone number that it releates to and thay asked me to send them confirmation from the other DCA that I am paying this via them.

I have requested it, but not heard back, and now I am getting phone calls and texts from FI, I have sent them a letter with a statement from the CCCS that shows I am paying the other DCA, but there is no reference to Orange.

What can I do, coz im getting sick of them keep calling and texting me
