I have been contacted by Magic Finance by telephone and offered an approved loan of £4,000. To accept the loan I had to pay by credit card a fee of £69.99. I told the caller I would check the company for authenticity and get back to him.
The caller gave his name as Will Hurst and was telephoning from 01625 505447.
Of course I found the information I wanted right here on money saving expert.
The company is right enough a SCAM OUTFIT !!
ENHANCE FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD.
Cottage Street Mill,
Cottage Street,
Macclesfield,
Cheshire,
SK11 8DZ.
Do not be fooled into the sales patter which is extremely plausible !!
No matter how desperate you are for cash, these rogues are not going to give you anything but grief !!
If you have had similar calls and have details of the company and telephone numbers let everyone know and lets expose them in an effort to combat fraud and have their company licences withdrawn.

I'd agree with the second statement, but perhaps not the first. Magic tell you they're going to charge a fee - which is more than a lot of brokers do.
What they may not make clear is *even after the fee* you may not get the loan you have been promised by them. Mainly because they can't promise owt - they don't lend the money.
ANYONE WHO ASKS YOU FOR AN UPFRONT FEE FOR A LOAN IS SUSPECT. NO QUESTIONS - DON'T PAY UPFRONT FEES!0 -
If they were legit, they'd take the money for their commission from the loan, not from your pocket!0

Not at all usefulHow is a company that clearly advertise themselves as a broker, charging a fee, a "scam"?0
