Should I get a loan?

I can't decide the best way forward. I have an £1800 over draft (which I am very gradually decreasing) and approximately £1700 on a 0% credit card which I switch each time the 0% offer runs out but I only pay the minimum payment so it will take me years to pay off. My aim is to pay the overdraft and credit card off instead of 'staying afloat' but I am unsure whether a loan is the right option? I have an existing loan (for my car) with Nationwide for approx £5500 and 6 years to go, should I increase this?
Very unsure of the best way forward and could really do with some advice!
Thanks
