bought the soup arrived but only £1 off each two -anyone got a screen shot?
  • i brought this soup in store and it had the sign saying buy 2 for one pound, course at checkout they only took off one pound for the two leading me to be overcharged, a quick trip to CS desk and i was given a full refund and got to keep the soup under their if things don't add up policy...free soup!
    Another day another R&R

I got my tesco.com delivery today, and they hadn't taken the correct amount off for me either.
Shall call them in the morning!

  • The offer has changed now, says save £1 now. Glad I have my screenshot.
12am, I notice you also had a window open with 'Discount codes', I wonder if they will..? Mine shows the 'Shop but don't drop' page too.

It would be interesting to know what you were charged.

If you were wrongly charged (i.e £1 off instead of 2 for £1), did you give the goods back to the driver, or accept them and complain to C.S?

If you did complain to C.S. did you get a refund??

Reason why I am so interested is that mine are coming tomorrow!

    Forewarned is forearmed!

    Thanks,

    Danni

Had mine delivered and was only deducted £1 for each 2 (had ordered 10). Total charged was £19.37. Sent an email with request for refund, but as usual received a standard response which did not answer my question. Phoned them to explain and had £14.37 refunded. Asked why I wouldnt have the whole amount refunded and was told that only applies in the stores. Have sent another email to ask if this is correct. Still, 10 sauces and soups for £5- bargain! (And they are delicious)

That's good news - yes, I too would be more than happy to get the 6 I've ordered at 50p each!

Fingers crossed and I'll let you know how I get on.
