I stopped smoking two days ago and have been trawling the web for help, advice, encouragement and inspiration....basically anything to keep me from lapsing :eek:
Anyway, thanks to those who published links for smoking stuff earlier this week and, here's one I thought might benefit anyone else trying to kick the habit.
http://www.quitsmokingonline.com/aboutus.htm is a free, day-by-day, online course to help you quit.
Also available as e-book but you need to make a donation for that.

Hi - thanks for posting this. I've put a link to your thread in http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=3416974 - pop in for some support if you need it...still a SF nerd no.1:o
Quit date: 03/09/2006 ----> £1,000s not spent on tobacco(21/03/2010).:D0 -
Thanks, I might pop in later for a chat.
I'm not finding it too bad (I'm also using Allen Carr's Easyway...) but I made the mistake of quitting before I started the book (not recommended).
Anyway, much as I'd like to sit down and read the book in one sitting, I have stuff to do online so I'm checking out other suggestions while I'm here to keep me on the straight and narrow :-)
Thanks again x0
