Got a call from Absolute Radio today. I was selected to attend London on Monday to compete to go on to New York on Tuesday with an ultimate prize in Atlantic City. This is the comp T&Cs here. Absolutely Fabulous prizes as well :mad:

Due to other commitments I cannot go. New York has always been a dream prize for me.

I think they were going on to select other entrants as obviously it is quite a rigid schedule and not everyone could manage.

Oh no bet you're gutted. I've just found out today that I can't go on a holiday I won as they can't cater for my disability but they're going to contact the promoter to see if they can offer me another prize instead, it was only in the UK but it sounded amazing but it's in a really remote part of Wales with no easy access to the facilities. Hope you can find a way of getting there as it would be such a shame to miss out

She didn't offer me any alternatives however I think the major stumbling block for me is Friday 4th as I am off on a paid for holiday of my own!! Blooming typical.

To be honest I found it difficult to take in all the itineray but the four people have to meet up on Friday 4th when there is I think a "head to head" and then the overall winner goes on to win the major prize.
