Thanks Op. But would anyone actually pay £17.50p for shower gel? Not getting at anyone just wondering.

It never used to be quite this expensive - 2 years ago it was £13 - but Molton Brown seem to have their own rate of inflation!!!:D (and it was free delivery over £39 as opposed to £45 which it is now!)

I clicked on this thread hoping that there would be a glitch....but alas....although I did make use of it last time!

Just a little hint about the shower gels - they don't come with pump dispensers so it is worth actually ordering a handwash and saving the pump dispensers from these as the bottles are the same size - makes the shower gel go much much further as they only squirt out a little at a time ;)

Molton Brown stuff *does* smell incredibly nice, but yes, it's not vastly different from any other shower gel really... it's still sodium lauryl sulfate to make it foamy etc.

Someone told me once that paper bag they put it in with the ribbon costs more than the product itself.

Thanks for your reply IHateDida. It is a great find but I, personally, cannot justify spending this much (the delivery charge!!) on a shower gel. Now if there was free delivery...

Oh my goodness.....I have always binned the ribbon.....I might start collecting them from now on. What I will do with them when I have a collection...I dont know!

Their Thai Vert handwash is identical to Baylis & Harding's version apparently - so if you want to look posh at a cheap rate - get an empty Thai Vert bottle from Molton Brown and fill with B&H's own range! (I've heard their Vitamin AB+C shower gel is also very similar to one that B&H make). Have a sniff next time you are in an Asda or Morrisons as I think both stock it!;)
