A little advice

I had a WEM from this competition on 14th December saying I had won the first prize of a guitar signed by Thin Lizzy’s cult guitarist and requesting my address etc to arrange delivery. I replied straightaway providing this info.

I then emailed again on 21st December to see if any delivery had been arranged and got an out of office till 4th Jan reply which I thought fair enough.

I then got an email from the same lady on 4th Jan apologising saying weather/christmas had slowed everything down and she's be in touch to organise delivery soon.

Then nothing....I emailed last Thurs to see if anything had been arranged. No reply, no out of office. I don't want to seem pushy cos I understand about the bad weather etc. When do you guys think I should chase this up again?

did the woman who emailed you on the 4th Jan put a phone number in her email...or company name? I'd google any information you have and try and actually speak to someone again.

The comp was on FB, and that looks a bit of a dead end as the last post on that page was in mid december too.

I would give it until the end of the week and try again! I wouldn't feel bad about contacting them again after all it is past the usual 30 day period that it usually takes to send a prize. I won prizes from around the same time and they have already been delivered.
