NRAM Advice needed

Hi All
Not sure if anybody can help, I was with Northern Rock and now Nram when it changed over a while back, the issue i have is that i am 3 years into a 15 year fixed mortgage which has a 4% ERC. I am looking to move home but i cant borrow any money with NRAM so therefore i have to end my deal with them, that means i have to pay the ERC, now when i moved before and borrowed more money i did not. I am happy to stick with them but I need to borrow more which i cannot do. Apparently when it changed to NRAM they were offering to waive the ERC for the 1st 6 months but they did not tell anyone unless they asked. I am now stuck because i cannot afford to pay the ERC and move. What can i do, My mortgage is now not flexible, they say it is but i cant borrow more, which i could do in 2007.. Anybody else have this issue or any adivce ??
Thanks
Craig
