They had one on fifth gear recently. THey did as serious a review as you can expect on fifth gear. Thought it was good for city dwellers, but i think the range on a charge is only 60 miles or something like that, and the rear seats were tiny even for a child.

You;ve probably already looked here. The say that they supply new and used, but only appear to cover the london area. Don't see any mention of distributors around the country, but you could try the forum.
