We booked this rate prior to Xmas and the process was explained very clearly on the phone. It was when post was slow due to snow and they told me that I had to ring by the same day the following week to book the rate, even if my paperwork hadn't arrived. The paperwork didn't arrive I rang, sent another pack out, I then rang back to book the rate within that week. But they were very clear throughout the process that I had to ring up within that week to book the rate, maybe I was lucky with our customer service advisors.

you would be amazed how many times I have to hand deliver stuff now! Seems security requires us to go back to the old coach and horses again and risk !!!!!! Turpin on the turnpike!
