Can anyone who has in depth knowledge or who works for lloyds tsb tell me whether it makes any difference applying in b ranch or over the internet for a loan. I know in branch they can tell you of any preapproved limit etc but is that the only difference ??

In branch is more strict in that they do an affordability study to ensure that you can afford the repayments.
Online I don't think that they do that.
However in reality the answer as to whether they will lend to you should be the same - it depends on what is more convenient for you.0
