Cant find my confimation email and didnt create an account when i ordered so I`m not sure whether the order went through ! If I try to order again though it tells me I have used the code so I must have ordered !!! Can you post when your stuff arrives please ?

I called today to chase an order I placed on 21 Nov, to be told they had none in stock (heart bracelet), didn't know when they were getting some - and more importantly didn't know IF they were getting any more. I was advised to keep calling back every few days. Am not impressed with their customer service - it would have been nice to have been told this by them rather than me having to call. Has anyone else had problems?

I placed an order and several days later received a cancellation order confirming the item was out of stock!?? Although was still showing in stock on the site!? Nearly 2 weeks later it is finally showing out of stock! ! Very odd! No response to email to them and no idea when or if the item will ever come back in stock!
