Right in their handbook it says when it is time to sell, then you have to repay the assistance , so if they gave you 50% of the total and you sell it for 95k, then they get 47,000 not 5,000, which leaves you with the other 47k and in negative equity.
That's exactly what I thought, you only get your percentage back off the sale. So if there's a loss on the sale your more than likely going to be in negative equity. That's what I was confused by, thanks!0
