Went into collect mine today, Went to the machine and went to print off the voucher, it didnt print so i told a member of staff. She didnt know what had happened so she told her Supervisor and she said to Overide the price on the till. After that the assistant lady told me to go back ont he machien and show her the offer but of course it wasnt there anymore as you can't go back getting lots of free hair stuff lol. Anyway i went to the till and she put it through the till free, she said the machines had been going funny with the free hair thing, and after all that kerfuffle i lost my boots card :mad: Now i have to wait 5 years for a replacement :rolleyes:

I went into my store today, I selected "print voucher", and nothing printed, so I asked an assistant, who said there was another 2 machines, used both, and it wasn't there, quite annoyed, assistants said they couldn't do anything, so i'm emailling customer services.

I managed to get one in LANCASTER (lancashire) today. They had all the minitures so a few to choose from.

Should really use for a stocking filler but this one is for me !!!! Thanks again xx

I didn't have this offer when I went on Tuesday. I never seem to get these offers with free products or get the glitches :rolleyes: I spend a lot with Boots too, an adv card freebie would be nice.
