Competition Rules

1. The sponsor of this promotion is Emotion Associates (“Sponsor”). Apple, Twitter and the mobile network chosen are not a sponsor of this competition and are not responsible for conducting, this promotion in any way or form.
2. The promotion will begin at 6pm BST on January 21st, 2010 and end at 11:59pm BST March 31, 2011.
3. The prize package is a 64GB Apple iPad . The Prize will be shipped to the winner free of charge within 2 weeks of the promotion closing date. The winner is not responsible for any taxes associated with receipt of the Prizes.
4. The winner will be announced on Twitter at 4:00pm BST April 1, 2011. {This is no April Fools joke :0)}
5. The Free 64GB Apple iPad giveaway promotion is valid for UK residents only.
6. To enter the promotion, the entrant must follow Sponsor’s Twitter account located at the URL http://twitter.com/Prepaid365 from their own Twitter account. The entrant must then issue the status update from their Twitter account as shown above. The entrant’s Twitter updates must not be protected during the promotion period. Entrants may sign-up for their own Twitter account at https://twitter.com/signup. All steps must be completed for a valid entry.
7. One winner will be selected randomly from all the valid entries. Sponsor will notify the winner via a Twitter direct message from the Sponsor’s Twitter account. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, another direct message will be sent by the sponsor. If no response is received within an additional three (3) days, he or she will forfeit the Prize and another winner will be randomly chosen.
8. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
