Ive just phoned itv but she said if has been sent out then theres nothin they can do. Thing was i had a sorry you were out card my partner went to collect it xmas eve and was told she couldnt have it because she didnt have my id on her. So with it being xmas I didnt have chance to get back over to collect it so im thinking they have sent it back to sender. Its a long shot but i think ive missed out!! :-(

i won this and mine came a couple of days before xmas, but it didn't come with royal mail, it was a courier, i missed the first day they delivered and they left a card saying they would bring it next day and i was home then HTH
