Looking cheap 1 night accommodation in Dublin

Options
Can anyone advise me of cheap accommodation for 1 sunday night in Dublin? Breakfast is not really required as I have an early flight from Dublin Airport. Travelodge is working out at 80 euros.
Thanks

your best bet would be to try a hostel, maybe not practical if you need to be at the airport early as they are in the centre of the city. Try https://www.hosteldublin.com.

Those airport buses only go at certain times, 7am - 8 am or something silly like that.

    Hiya

Gogartys hostel is great, you can even get a private twin room with ensuite if you book early enough. Much cheaper than a hote, we're staying there for the George Michael concert and it's coming in at around 17 quid each a night. It's in the temple bar area tho so not close to the airport and you'd have to get up earlier to get there, but really close to everything else and has really friendly staff.

Also does great food and music sessions in the pub downstairs,

Wrong. Recently Bus Eireann increased the frequency of their Belfast to Dublin bus service to cope with the increased numbers who now travel south to Dublin to use the airport. It is, in effect, a 24 hour service now.

Go here to check out the timetable that became effective from 2nd October 2006 - http://www.buseireann.ie/site/your_journey/printed_timetable_pdfs/expressway/1.pdf

I used this service on 20th Oct. and got the 3.00am bus to Dublin airport. I was iimpressed.......cheap and very comfortable with the journey only taking 2 hours at that time of the morning.

We took it back from Dublin Airport and i was really impresed with the bus! Seats were comfy, it was smooth and quick but there is no loo onboard! Only cost something like £6 or £8 single.

Im glad its going all hours now, its really handy!
