Hi,
Please can someone advise me whether or not Welcome Finance can ask me to pay off my loan 11 months early even though my contract is for 3 years.
I had a guy on the phone saying it would be best for me to pay this early as i am incurring an interest charge from a missed payment 2 years ago which i have no record of as i have statements proving all my bills were paid on time.
I have aleady requested a full statement from them as i have only ever had 1 problem which i ended up changing my bank details with them 3 weeks before the money was due to leave my account.
Please help??

You obviously need to get to the bottom of the alleged missed payments and interest charges in the first instance. So you're doing the right thing there, get a full statement of account and take it from there. Please can someone advise me whether or not Welcome Finance can ask me to pay off my loan 11 months early even though my contract is for 3 years.
But if you mean can they make you, if your account is in order no they can't.0
