Here's how it works in 5 simple steps:

1. Pick your favourite innocent smoothie and pay for it in the normal way at the till
2. Think about how you'd complete the phrase "I think innocent smoothies are…" in 15 words or more
3. Jot down your completed phrase on a piece of paper, along with your name and address (in your best handwriting please)

Post this piece of paper and your till receipt to our FREEPOST address before 31 March 2011*
As if by magic, a cheque to the value you paid for the smoothie (shown on your till receipt) will arrive by post within 28 days of us receiving your claim

* sorry, we can only accept one claim per household
(so don't let that pesky little brother / sister of yours beat you to it)
