HSBC Mortgage rate increase

I have noticed HSBC have today increased the 5yr fixed for Premier/ Advanced customers to 4.99%

They have also upped the 2 year fixed rate 90% LTV from 4.99% to 5.49%0

It's a good job we've all been overpaying our mortgages/saving the money when the rates were low,
as it sounds like they are maybe on the way up?Space available for rent0 -
First Direct have upped their 5 year fized by 0.2% too as I was meant to ring on friday to start the ball rolling but forgot - just checked the rate today and its gone up!
