Letter to creditor (Lloyds) - do I need one for each debt?

Hi all, I'm currenly beginning the DMP process. I've sent letters to all my creditors but I've delayed Lloyds until my salary is safely paid into my new bank account this coming week. I've just been looking over draft and my question is: do I need to send one to each 'section' of Lloyds or will one letter to my branch with all account numbers suffice? I have an overdraft, a loan and a credit card with Lloyds. Many thanks for any advice/help.

Hi Pink-Angel,

When I started my DMP I had the majority of my debts with one bank - overdraft, cc's, loans and had to write to each of them as they are all separate debts.
That was about 5 years ago but I'm sure it'll still be the same now. Hope that helps, good luck!!

Thanks very much for your help. I thought this would most likely be the case - obviously I want to get this bit right.

I wrote three separate ones to Halifax (credit card, loan and overdraft) as their offices dealing with each account are in different places. Best to ring them and double check the addresses too.
