Yes - takes about 5 days to get to you and everything has been well parcelled up - never had any problems - I must have used them about 20 times at least. You can get cashback from TCB - they also have a £2 code out at the moment if you spend £20 I think.
  • I bought some stuff from them over Christmas, very good customer service and I have their freepost address as well if you think you might need it if you need to return anything. You can also phone them and ask for the freepost address if you need too. Best thing to do if you do need to return anything is to take it to your local post office and ask for a proof of post certificate or reciept. Feelunique should then refund you within a few days.

I making a point of their returns as I had to return a few items.

Contact details are onn their website though you can also phone them too if you need to on 01534 725 252 which will be cheaper than their 0845 number.

Cashback is available too by the way.

I've ordered from them before with no problems.
  • Could you please tell me the freepost address for feelunique.com as I've sent my returns to them twice and I keep getting them back. Thank you

Did you not get a printed return slip in your parcel? Thats what I got when I ordered- not bought haircare from anywhere for about a year so can't give the address otherwise I would but wondering if you've tried visiting the website and sending them a query or phoning them up?

I don't appear to be able to find the free delivery address I said I had though if I do find it I'll post it here as soon as I can. Otherwise try calling them on 01534 725 252. Their CS are very helpful normally.
