I thought I was doing well today - just £2.95 on bread and salad stuff for the week.
Spoilt it somewhat when I went to the doctor at 5.30 and ended up having to fork out £7.20 for a prescription.
Total spent today - £10.15, over half the budget in one dayMaking magic with fabricLight travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.0 -

Not doing too bad so far ....
Sun & Mon NSD (3 in a row, miracle!)
Tues £15.40 Mr T
Weds NSD (car service but not part of challenge, thank goodness!)
Thurs £6.00 Mr T (trying to stock up on speciality milk while on offer!)
So, £21.40 so far!
Going to Al*i tomorrow as don't need a lot of groceries (brilliant that local Mr T now do my milk as saves going to Mr A which was the only place I could get it & always bought other stuff when there)

2016 Sell: £125/£250
£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000

I'm really cross with myself. I accompanied DS3 to Mr T's yesterday and ended up spending £14.02 myself. That brings the total up to £24.17.
I have sold 2 boxes of eggs tday though so take off £2.40 makes a net total of £21.77 so far this week.
Can I recoup the extra somehow I wonder? :think:Making magic with fabricLight travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.0 -

Haven't been on here for a couple of days. Excluding petrol, which I'm not including (seperate budget), I'm on £49.58 / £50 . Fingers crossed for 2 NSD's and I'll be green for the week :-D
Edit! I lie, quite a lot! I've also spent £500+ on a new suit, shirt and some shoes for a wedding next week! That's separate too :-s Think I need to stop separating things.Weekly Spend Challenge - £0.00 / £40Jan. Hey Pointy, £30.00 for me this week please!!! I was slightly over my budget last week!! need a bit of shopping this week, so will see how it goes.
morning all,
Well Tesco didn't have my long life milk multipack again!!! grrrrr,
Lidl shopping came to 8.39, thats mostly milk!!
eggs had gone down from 99p to 89p
Decided not to do the Tesco shop in the end.
Meat from local butchers, £12.49 and my carers just done the rest of my shopping. £15.47.
Over budget. 36.35/ budget of £30.00
Have a great weekend one and all. Next week should be less!!!:D0
