I know what you mean. It feels like I'll always be stuck here! I just cling on to the hope that I won't.
No we still plan to sell in two years. That's how long it will take to get the 20k plus fees etc we need. Anything left after that will be a bonus. We plan to just put it on the Market at that time and continue saving for a deposit. If it sells before we get one then we'll think of renting or moving in with family if it won't take that long. It's ambitious but hopefully we can do it. Not everyones idea of a good plan but the longer we leave it, the less appealing our apartment will be to buyers we feel.0 -
I'd definitely recommend posting a statement of affairs to get help in saving the money you need. If you're in a position to save the £800/month you need now, then make sure you're investing it wisely - the Savings forum will hep you with this.0
